mathDelete your account
You can delete your Mathlo account and all the data we keep for it, in the app or by email. You don't need the app installed to ask. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account or your synced progress.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Mathlo while signed in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm. Google may ask you to sign in again to prove it's you.
- Your account, your synced progress and the data on that phone are deleted straight away, for good. It can't be undone.
2. Delete by email
Can't get into the app? Email mathlo@qlosk.com with the subject "Delete my Mathlo account".
- Send it from the Google account email you used to sign in to Mathlo.
- If it comes from a different address, we email the sign-in address to ask you to confirm, so nobody can delete your account but you.
- Once confirmed, we delete the account and its data, and tell you when it's done.
3. What is deleted and what is kept

| Copies in Google's systems | We keep no separate backups. Google may hold deleted data for a limited time before it is fully erased, under its data deletion terms. |
4. How long it takes
In-app deletion happens right away. Email requests are completed within 30 days of confirming it's you, usually much sooner.
5. Guests: clear the data on your phone
If you never signed in, nothing reached our servers, so clearing the phone is all you need:
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete all my data.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Mathlo → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
