Support
Stuck, found a bug, or just have a question? We're happy to help.
Found a bug? The quickest way is Settings → Report a bug in the app: it opens an email with the app version, your phone's system version and recent error details already filled in. Just add what happened and press Send. Otherwise, tell us your phone model, your Android version and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
Privacy complaints go to our Grievance Officer: Navneet Anand, dev@qlosk.com.
Quick answers
Is Mathlo free? Are there ads?
There are no ads and no data selling. Mathlo is totally free to play right now, with no purchases. If that ever changes, we will say so here and in the app.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play as a guest and your progress is saved on your phone. If you want it safe and on a new phone too, sign in with Google from Settings → Account (accounts are for people aged 18 or older).
Where is my progress stored?
As a guest, only on your phone: we don't receive it, so it can't be recovered if you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the phone. If you sign in, it is also saved to your account, and signing in on a new phone brings it back.
My reminder didn't show up
Check three things:
- Mathlo's reminder switch is on in Settings → Reminders.
- Notifications are allowed for Mathlo in your phone's settings.
- On Android, battery saver can delay reminders. Set Mathlo to "Unrestricted" or "Not optimised" in battery settings.
My streak was lost
Tell us what happened by email, including the day you noticed it. Changing your phone's date or time zone can affect which day Mathlo thinks it is.
How do I delete my data?
Signed in: Settings → Account → Delete account. Guest: Settings → Account → Delete all my data. Or see Delete your account.
Do you sell my data?
No. Read the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Does Mathlo guarantee better exam scores?
No. It's a fun way to practise. See the Terms.
